Republic of Nomashae

Ministry of Public Health & Digital Wellbeing

A healthy Republic is more than a surviving one. This ministry looks after the physical, in-game, and digital health of every citizen — because wellbeing doesn't stop at the border of a screen.

What We Do

Responsibilities

Three layers of health — real life, in-game, and digital

Citizen Health Awareness
Promotes general health awareness among citizens of Nomashae. This ministry doesn't replace real-world healthcare — but it does remind citizens that looking after themselves matters, on and off the server.
In-Game Survival Standards
Sets expectations around in-game health management — food supply, healing access, and safe play conditions across Nomashae's Minecraft world. No citizen should spawn into a region without adequate resources nearby.
Online Safety
Advocates for safe and respectful online conduct within the Republic's communities. Covers harassment, harmful content, and the responsibility every citizen has to the people they interact with digitally.
Mental & Digital Wellbeing
Acknowledges that time spent online — in games, servers, and communities — affects how people feel. This ministry encourages balance, rest, and healthy engagement with Nomashae's digital spaces.
Hazard Advisories
Issues advisories when in-game conditions pose a risk to citizens — dangerous mob spawns near populated areas, unsafe terrain, or environmental hazards that require a public warning before entering.
Community Standards
Works with the Ministry of Justice to define the line between acceptable and harmful behaviour in Nomashae's community spaces. Wellbeing is not just personal — it's collective.
Two Sides of Health

Physical & Digital — Side by Side

This ministry operates across both dimensions of citizen life

Physical & In-Game Health
Real life and Minecraft survival
Food & hunger — in-game food access is considered a basic need, not an afterthought. Citizens in new regions must have reliable food sources nearby.
Healing & recovery — safe spawn points, beds, and healing supplies should be accessible across Nomashae's inhabited territories.
Hazard awareness — citizens are informed about dangerous zones, hostile mob activity, and environmental risks through official advisories.
Real life balance — the Republic recognises that its citizens have lives beyond the game. Breaks, sleep, and personal health come before server obligations.
Digital Wellbeing
Screen time, safety, and online health
Healthy screen habits — the ministry encourages citizens to be mindful of how long they spend online, and to step away when they need to.
Online safety — personal information, account security, and safe communication practices are championed as basics, not extras.
Respectful communities — Nomashae's digital spaces should feel safe for every citizen. Toxicity, harassment, and exclusion are taken seriously.
Mental health awareness — no citizen should feel they have to hide how they're doing. The ministry normalises honesty about wellbeing within the community.
How We Expect Citizens to Engage

Digital Wellbeing Guidelines

Not rules — guidance. Because a healthier community starts with individual choices.

Know When to Log Off
Nomashae will still be here tomorrow. If you're tired, stressed, or burning out — step away. No decree, build project, or server event is worth your actual wellbeing.
Look Out for Each Other
Nomashae is a small community. If someone seems off, check in. You don't need to fix anything — sometimes just noticing is enough.
Speak Up About Harmful Behaviour
If something in the community is making people uncomfortable or unsafe, it should be reported — to this ministry or the Ministry of Justice. Silence doesn't make problems go away.
Protect Your Own Information
Don't share personal details — real name, location, school, or contact information — in Nomashae's community spaces. This applies to everyone, regardless of how well you know someone online.
Have Fun — That's the Point
Nomashae exists to be enjoyed. If it stops being enjoyable — if the politics, the builds, or the obligations start feeling like a burden — that's worth paying attention to.
A Note from the Ministry

We Take This Seriously

Health — real or digital — is not a secondary concern in Nomashae.
This ministry exists because the Republic believes that the people who make up Nomashae matter more than the nation itself. A thriving Republic is one where citizens feel safe, looked after, and free to step back when they need to. If you have a concern — about yourself, about someone else, or about something happening in the community — this ministry is here. Reach out to the minister directly.
